Vuyisa emphasized commitment, outlining plans to rebuild and reset South Africa. She expressed gratitude to all, highlighting that from this intention, The People's Manifesto was born. Vuyisa concluded with a resounding declaration, "This country is worth fighting for."

Second Speaker:

Irfaan Mangera

Next, Ifraan Mangera, part of the National Leadership Collective, took the stage, inviting the audience to close their eyes and envision the purpose that brought them together. He encouraged them to find inspiration in the unplanned moments, holding them as promises for a better future. Quoting Maya Angelou, he proclaimed, "I Rise, I Rise, I Rise," emphasizing service to communities over positions.

Third Speaker:

Songezo Zibi

Rise Mzansi's National Leader, Songezo Zibi, captivated the crowd with a chant of unity, leading into a powerful address. He highlighted the historical significance of the day and criticized the current governance system for unfulfilled promises, corruption, and a lack of safety in communities. Zibi asserted, "There is no freedom and no justice when there is so much inequality in our society," breaking down how The People's Manifesto will be the solution.

A Heartfelt Conclusion :

The journey ahead is not just a political endeavor; it's a societal movement, a call to action for every individual to rise, to be the change they wish to see. This is not a mere manifesto; it's a covenant, a pact between the leaders and the led, a commitment to rebuild, reset, and restore the greatness that South Africa deserves. The event concluded with a great performance by a talented artist, leaving the audience moved and inspired.
